Billing & Rental Terms
Do I have to sign a contract?
We require a rental agreement for your first month. After that, the agreement renews automatically on a month-to-month basis when rent is paid.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the same date each month — the anniversary of your move-in date.
What happens if I move out early or forfeit my unit?
Rent is not prorated or refunded once payment is made. Please plan your move-out accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and money orders. Automatic payments can also be set up for convenience.

What types of storage units are available?
We offer both standard and climate-controlled storage units, available in multiple sizes to fit your needs.
What sizes do you offer and what do they hold?
Our sizes typically range from 5×5 to 10×30. A 5×5 is ideal for boxes and small furniture, while a 10×30 can store the contents of a full household or commercial inventory.
How are prices determined?
Pricing depends on unit size, climate control features, and location within the facility. Please contact our office for current rates.
Do you require insurance for stored items?
Yes, tenants must provide proof of insurance or may purchase a low-cost policy through our storage partner.
Access & Security
What are your access hours?
Tenants enjoy daily gate access from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Office hours are listed on our Contact page.
Can I drive directly to my unit?
Yes, our drive-up units allow for easy vehicle access and quick loading or unloading.
How secure is the facility?
Our facility features 24-hour digital surveillance, electronic gate access with personalized codes, bright LED lighting, and perimeter fencing.
What type of lock should I use?
We recommend a disc lock for maximum protection. These are available for purchase at our office.

Do you offer moving truck rentals?
Yes. CG Mini Storage is an authorized U-Haul dealer offering trucks and trailers for rent.
Do you sell packing and moving supplies?
Yes, we stock boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and other supplies to make your move easier.
Climate Control & Storage Tips
What is a climate-controlled unit and when should I use one?
Climate-controlled units maintain moderate temperature and humidity levels, ideal for electronics, furniture, artwork, and documents.
What items should not be stored?
Flammable materials, perishable food, live plants, animals, or hazardous chemicals are strictly prohibited.
